In addition to essentially inventing the computer, Alan Turing also broke the German Enigma Code during World War II which paved the way for the D-Day invasion. The man was a hyper-genius. I’ve read descriptions of his work by mathematical physicist Sir Roger Penrose. He’s been a hero of mine ever since.
The level of thought required to come up with the stuff he came up with is totally beyond my comprehension. I actually did not even know about his orientation until much later. He was prosecuted and ordered to undergo chemical castration. Soon thereafter, he committed suicide by eating a cyanide-laced apple.

The government forced him to take estrogen as a punishment (or “cure”?). He began to develop breasts and other side effects.
He committed suicide by biting into a cyanide laced apple. This is supposedly the inspiration for the name/logo of Apple computers.

This image is very well known, but I wanna talk about Inuyasha’s words.
Inuyasha and Kikyo have found each other because they were lonely. Loneliness helped them to approach in a good way: Kikyo was alone in her task, Inuyasha was a stray and no one wanted him. So they began “to date”, but they were steadily followed by their pain and sorrow.
I love Kikyo as character, but I also think that she hadn’t a perfect behavior with Inuyasha. He says that he wanted to become a human and live together with her, but even his soul would be changed? I don’t think so. He would have changed just the wrap, without strange ears, human colored eyes and hair, no superhuman powers. Next to her, Inuyasha would be aged like a common human, and yet  always an half demon inside..
And not the one of Kagome, but an half demon that carries rancor towards everyone and everything, unhappy, inadequate, angry with the world, and still alone. Kikyo wouldn’t have changed his soul, but only his appearence. She helped him a lot to feel less alone, but she couldn’t heal the wounds of his soul.
Kikyo is an interesting character, but I don’t understand so much her approach with Inuyasha. Maybe she was too cold outside, but surely she has loved him.
But I ask myself how much she was willing to love Inuyasha as an half demon? Between these two, there was still fear and  just  a little confidence, but not as much to trust each other.
This is why I think that Inuyasha is more happier with Kagome, because she has done more for him, she has tore the pain away from his heart and she has made him human inside.
What do you think about?
To @inuyasha-support-group and Inuyasha’s blog all around tumblr.

I love Kikyo too (and InuKik), but yes I know he would have been happier with Kagome. If he had gone with Kikyo, he would have still not changed…I mean Kagome made him realize that he could trust in other people and lean on them for support. Hmmm with Kikyo he might have still felt persecuted and not accepted…because Kikyo didn’t accept his half-demon side, so he couldn’t accept himself, much less other people. I feel that if Kikyo had seen his full demon side, she wouldn’t have reacted the same way Kagome would have. Kagome accepted his full demon side and the fact that there was a possibility that she would get hurt. Kikyo would have seen this as more proof for Inuyasha to turn fully human if he wanted to be with her.

I had to go find this again because of the dress code announcement today.

this is painfully accurate because teachers at my school get so butthurt when the uniform skirt is showing your thigh bc GOD FORBID WE SHOW A BODY PART THAT EVERYONE HAS

I’ve noticed that it’s not the students that get so offended over girls’ clothing choices.
It’s the administrators.
I think it’s really fucking creepy to know that all these adults are getting distracted over the wardrobe choices of underage girls.
